Pricing

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required (errors and omissions accepted). All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Availability

We try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives. Holding items in your basket does not secure stock, once your order has been completed your stock will be allocated. Any dates specified for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Making a purchase

By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery unless we have your permission.

All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by email or telephone regarding any delivery delays or payment issues.

Offers are valid for the time period stated, and unless specified for single use only. Offers giving discounts are not valid on sale products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Booking an appointment online

To secure online booking London Grace will hold your card details, however no money will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or any future bookings. If you cancel your appointments with less than 24 hours notice, or no-show for your booking, you will incur a £10 per treatment charge to the card details provided. You are asked to confirm that you agree to our cancellation and no show policy when you create an online account via our Software provider, Zenoti.

The card details kept on your account can be charged for any future appointments but are not accessible to view in full to anyone other than the account holder.

Please note you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment via your online London Grace account more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the charge.

Payment

You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. Please note for all orders placed with Shopify payment is debited directly at the time of order, before your items are shipped. In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.

Please note that we are unable to accept £50 notes in stores due to counterfeits.

Delivery

London Grace ships within the UK.

Shipping

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been shipped, please replace the item securely in its original packaging and return it to us with your shipping note. This is not a full statement of your rights under applicable distance selling legislation or under any statutory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Refunds

London Grace products

Thank you for shopping at London Grace. We hope you love your purchases but if you’ve changed your mind, then we will accept the item back with a full refund, up to 14 days after the purchase date. Please read our policy guidelines below:

  • If you would like to return your item within 14 days of receiving it then you’ll receive a full refund for your order.
  • If you’ve purchased London Grace products in our stores, these must be returned in store.
  • If you are returning an online order then please post back to

    with a copy of your receipt, your order number, your contact details and if you would like a refund or an exchange. London Grace are not able to refund the return postage costs or accept liability for any lost posted items.
  • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them and you must have a receipt for proof of purchase. They must be in original packaging with tags in place (where applicable) and in a saleable condition..
  • Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty.
  • Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
  • None of these guidelines affect your statutory rights.

Services

If you are unhappy your service please notify a team member in store who will be happy to resolve this. Please note we are unable to give refunds for treatments already carried out and paid for.

Feedback

If you have any feedback to share regarding your treatment then we kindly ask you to pop back in store, or email our customer service team via hello@londongrace.co.uk within 3 days of a polish treatment or within 7 days of a CND Shellac treatment. Please include the details of your appointment and any photos of your nails.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against London Grace products and treatments listed on our service menu. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Please note gift vouchers must be physically presented in store to be redeemed, we are unable to accept photographs of vouchers.

Treatments purchased in full in advance

London Grace operates a 24 hour cancellation policy for fully pre-paid treatments. We cannot accept amendments or cancellations within 24 hours leading up to the date of your appointment and in the case of a no-show, no refund will be offered. If we are notified more than 24 hours in advance, we can offer a credit note to the full value of the treatment booked (valid for 6 months). 

‘Pamper Me’ points loyalty program

  • Collect 5 ‘Pamper Me’ points for every £1 spent in store on treatments, products and drinks
  • Points not collected for gift voucher purchases, any purchases made via the London Grace website or bookings made via 3rd parties such as Treatwell or Virgin Experience Days.
  • To collect points a client must have a London Grace client account with a phone number and email address and ensure there treatments, products and drinks are processed under their client account
  • Store credit rewards can be redeemed in 1000 point increments e.g 1000 points = £10 credit, 2000 points = £20 credit, 3000 points = £30 credit, 4000 points = £40 credit, 5000 points = £50 credit. The maximum points that can be redeemed in one transaction is 5000 points
  • Points are valid for 18 months from when the first points are collected on a client’s account
  • London Grace reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty points program at any time
  • Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers

In store promotions

Lacquer & Liquor – Enjoy 2 for 1 on cocktails between 5pm – 6pm everyday. Valid only when having any treatment and not in conjunction with any other offer. Our team have the right to refuse to serve alcohol if no ID is given when asked.

Local Business Discount – London Grace offers a Local Business Discount to partners in selected store locations. Recipients of the discount will receive 15% off treatments booked Monday – Friday, between 9am – 6pm. Treatments must be completed before 6pm for the discount to be valid. Offer is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The Local Business Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Please note the local business discount can only be applied to one client’s treatments. London Grace reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Party bookings and ticketed in-store events

To secure a party booking/event ticket we kindly ask that the group pay for their chosen party package/group deposit or event ticket in advance, which can be made online. Payment for this is non-refundable in the event of one or more guests cancelling, unless you give us at least 7 days advance notice.

Age restriction

We love to welcome everyone for some pampering but please note:

  • Under 14’s need supervision from a parent or written consent prior to treatment.
  • Under 12’s need supervision from a parent for polish treatments only, no gel.

Terminology

We want to promote healthy happy nails! Our ‘no-nasties’ polish is free from formaldehyde, toluene, camphor, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and formaldehyde resin.

Third party information

We are not responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for London Grace products are those stated on the London Grace material. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party. This website may contain links to sites owned and operated by third parties. These links are provided as a convenience to you and are not an endorsement by us of the products or materials on those sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites and make no representation regarding the truth, quality or accuracy of same. Visiting the linked sites is at your own risk.

Please note the card details you enter to secure your booking will be kept on file and may be used to charge if you break the cancellation policy of future appointments. The full card details are not accessible to be viewed by anyone but the account holder.

All such rights are protected by intellectual property laws around the world, and all rights are reserved.
